Talk about inconsistent! After having a good nights sleep the previous night I woke at 3 and stayed awake. Needless to say I was knackered for most of the day…and I feel the onset of a cold (research suggests that lack of sleep weakens immunity).

In the past I’ve used the Insight Timer app which has loads of quality and varied sleep meditations to help ease into sleep – I think I’ll get amongst that again. NO coffee for this kid today!

I welcome suggestions…
