DAY 1 – RPM

Introducing Penelope Sole (Group Exercise Manager/Personal Trainer) at the Lincoln University Recreation Centre (LURC). Don’t be fooled by her smile – SHE IS A BEAST! Penelope took us for RPM – an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of Music! 45 minutes of sprints, mountain climbs and interval training.

I definitely feel like I got a workout – indicated by the pool of sweat surrounding my bike and my wobbly legs.
