Talk about inconsistent! After having a good nights sleep the previous night I woke at 3 and stayed awake. Needless to say I was knackered for most of the day…and I feel the onset of a cold (research suggests that lack of sleep weakens immunity). In the past I’ve used the Insight Timer app which has loads of quality and varied sleep meditations to help ease into sleep – I think I’ll get amongst that again. NO coffee for this kid today! …

I’m rubbish when i don’t get enough sleep. I usually overreact and underperform. Check it! I modified a stretch which Vicki at Motus gave me …I call it DA FLEXANATOR. This contraptions purpose is to open up my hips – or specifically my Hip Flexors. I’ve spent the last 20 years sitting at a workstation thumping at a keyboard – there’s some claims that long periods of sitting can shorten the hip flexors – I have no idea if that’s true (*1) .
